About the brand
What is Shishl?
It’s a shortcut from my maden name- Shishlova and this is how lots of my friends call me.
Shishl Parfums is a brand of eclectic perfumery found in 2021 in French Riviera by me, Olga Shishlova, proud Muscovite, living now in Nice.
“Eclectic” is something made by selecting what appears to be best in various methods, fields or styles. So into my perfumes I bring Russian soul and French touch at the same time.
Perfumes are the harmony I found in mix of art, technology, life experiences, emotions and aesthetics. So as our life and our style are the mix of dreams, memories and life experiences.
My perfumes are for real life. They don’t goal to be perfect or loved by everyone, they aim to become special for you. Your signature scents, your daily inspiration ritual.
What is unique about my brand?
I make you my co-author. Yes, easy like that! I create and produce perfume itself and I tell you the story of MY inspiration, just to inspire YOU too.
But I never put you in frames by telling you that with this perfume you are sexy and with that one you are successful at work etc. (Let’s be honest: it doesn’t work like that). It’s only YOU who decide how you feel. It’s YOU who create the image of the perfume, not vice versa.
This is very risky strategy, I know, but I love it! So when you take my perfume, please be ready and sassy enough to create your own story, vision, life. Make it part of your unique style and just enjoy. I mean it!
Personalisation is the key. I loooove personalisation! We are all so different and unique and I find it just amazing. If you become co-author of my perfume story, it’s fair to have your name on the bottle of your signature scent, right?

About perfumer
My name is Olga Lededantec (Shishlova), you can call me Shishl. And I can call myself perfumer, nose or olfactive artist. Basically I’m creator of almost everything in Shishl Parfums.
I was born in Moscow, Russia and lived there big part of my life, until my passion to perfumery brought me to study in course of Grass institute of Perfumery(GIP), France.
In the end of my studies I met mon Amour and now I’m living with him in Nice and create my niche perfumery brand here in French Riviera.
I am totally addicted to smells since early childhood and I’m interested in perfumery as long as I remember myself. Becoming a perfumer was always my big dream, but I made it my profession only when I was close to 30, having by my back already 12 years of experience of working in finance and business development in international corporations.
For a long time I was not brave enough to follow my dream. Even perfumes are loved by Russians, this profession, specialized education and production don’t really exist in the country.
I thought that woman alone, not at youngest age, without strong financial support couldn’t do big change and enter such a complex industry. Was it scary to leave well paid job for a dream? Extremely!!!!
But I was stubborn enough to try.
After studies in GIP I was creating bespoke perfumes and did lots of perfume master-classes and events in Moscow.
Now I’m ready to create something bigger. I love to mix different things finally finding harmony.
I believe perfume is not just perfume. It’s signature scent, it’s trigger, it’s inspiration and it’s also our memories. This is actually my dream to give people this great instrument to make our life story brighter.
